This is to bring to your kind attention that SEBI has issued a circular on 10th August 2018, where SEBI has mandated transfer of securities in dematerialized form with a depository.
Therefore we request all the stakeholders whosoever holding the shares in Physical form are kindly advised to Convert their shares into Demat form i.e. on or before 05th December, 2018.
